Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, our team gets straight to work. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During this processing period, we carefully pick, pack, and prepare your coffee for its journey to you. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

Shipping and Delivery Time
After your order leaves our facility, we partner with reliable carriers to ensure it reaches you safely. The estimated delivery time for all orders is 6 to 12 business days from the date the order ships. Please note that this is an estimate based on standard shipping times. While most orders arrive within this window, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing in the destination country or unexpected carrier volume. Rest assured, we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.

Order Tracking
We want you to be able to follow your coffee every step of the way. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package as it makes its way to your door. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

International Shipping and Customs

Because we offer free worldwide shipping, it is important to note that Folgers Coffee Store is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be imposed by your local government or customs agency. If your package appears to be lost in transit based on the tracking information, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will investigate the matter with the carrier on your behalf.
